What to expect for your session:

• Please arrive  NO MORE than 10 minutes early to complete intake form. This is to ensure us the proper time for clean up and preperation time for your most wonderful spa experience.
  

• Please try to be on time so that we can give you the entire scheduled time of hands on.  If you are more than 15 minutes late we will ask you if you would like to rebook or just use the remaining minutes of your session as planned.
  

• When you come to your appointment please leave all jewlery at home or we can provide you with a container to store in your pocket or purse while your here.
  

• If you are under 18 years of age please bring a parent with you or a signed statement allowing Healing Hands to perform Massage or Esthetic services for you.
  

Gift Certificates can be purchased over the phone or in person.  Just have your credit card, check or cash ready. 

Please note: All sales are final no refunds are made.  If you have outstanding credit with rs we will gladly honor the amount of credit remaining to you or you can gift it to a loved one.

  If you report a lost or stolen gift certificate we can replace it for a $50 administration fee.
